For the last few day's I've been driving the tercel to work, and boy can that car run. But today I had a problem, the alternator stopped charging. Not a big deal, since this is a cheap fix, but I will have my mechanic fix the CV joints and upgrade the suspencion. I hadn't ordered the Chromed parts I was planning on getting, hopefully I still have time.
The original Alternator for the Tercel is 55a I'll problably have it up to a 70a or even a 90a in order to add the video and a kick ass sound system. As for the final paint job, Metrostars colors Black and Red ;)

Beyonce Knowles as Luis Lane???? Johnny Depp as Lex Luthor?????? JP has surprised me , so he might be able to pull it off. But I hope Beyonce Knowles is just a joke, it's a bad joke to begin with.

The fact that Tera Patrick is a hot babe, was enough for me use( let's just leave it at that). But now that she's colored her hair blonde, she's burning HOTTTTTTTT. I love all those import models, for those that don't know these are mainly Asian chicks who stand next to import cars. And why are they called import models, because just like the cars they are made in Asia, but with improved american components ( in their case boobs and bleach).
Friday 5 on Monday

Yeah for our boy from Jersey City, Arturo Gatti got a belt back around his waist. For those who don't follow Boxing, he's the ring suspence king, every fight is a thriller.

When I first read Dune, I could of sworn that it was the hardest book. I turned into pop reading ( you know Steven King, Paul Reiser etc.). Then I kind of got into the new age, the self empowerment and the Sci-fi. But last year I picked up Lord of the Rings( LOTR from now on) since I couldn't wait for the third movie.
I didn't even buy the book, but instead used my PDA to blow my eyesight. But in my search to find out everything in Tolkien's world, I picked up the Silmarillion. Now this is the worst book to read, so like any normal impatient man who has to know what happens, I did the next best thing, I'm listening to the audiobook version ;)

Not sure why comments isn't working, again. But I do love the input. The number one suggestion, get a Honda. Sorry folks that would be too easy, this is my first car I bought this in '89 and this sucker still runs.
I have too many memories to pass this car to anyone not family. When my in-laws only had two cars in their garage I did a lot of work on it, besides oil changes and tune-ups, I rebuilt its carburetor and installed a monster sound system (for it's day).
Most of the suggestions had to do with performance (nitro, shaving cams, engine upgrade etc.). I'll be honest, the only performance things I'm going to do is an upgraded exhaust system, clean up and chrome parts, new wheels and suspension. I simply want to make the car look good and run well. The Tercel frame can't handle turbo and I don't want to rebuild or add to the original design.
ok I want some feedback, this is a picture of what my Tercel looks like.
Here's a picture of what I think I might do in the next month with it. Paint it black ( three gloss coats), new wheels and a chrome grill. I'm wondering if it would be too much to paint some purple flames?

OK it's official Erik Estrada is my dad, they both get up before the sun rises ( even during vacation), act like the energiser bunny when they work and they both have the Million dollar smile ;)

Well I just finished "Call of Duty" the single player game. Although everyone is raving about it, it's not as fun as Wolfenstein was. But I must say that is has the best cinematic's for a game, It felt like a movie.
BTW, I got my old Tercel back. It was my first car and as such things go, a piece of my history.
Well I've spoken with a few folks on customising it, upgrading the engine, chroming parts, cleaning the wiring and a nice one of a kind paint job. With the hopes of making it a show car. With the Import scene being so hot, and the fact that 90 Tercels are rare in the scene, perhaps it's time to show what old Toyota's are made of.
Don't get me wrong I'm no gear head, I would just be the owner. I'll be putting the cash up front for the repairs and some upgrades. But if my sources know their stuff, I should be able to get sponsors.
But it all depens on the initial drawings, I spoke to a guy who is drawing the custom art work for the body.
I'm starting to dislike lists, I'm on so many friend's list it's loading my email with information overload. An tonight it seems everyone is in Vegas at the AVN awards. Not only am I getting a blow by blow, I'm also getting the pictures ;(
Although Jenna doesn't look that good in curls, It's still Jenna. And BTW why is T-mobile sending me copies of the SMS? Oh well, I guess I can finish "Call of Duty" tonight. And perhaps run a virus checker.

Not sure what the fascination of American Choppers is, but everytime I watch it it makes me want one, even with my two wheel phobia.
When in North Carolina, all my brother-in-law could talk about was about Orange county choppers. My other brother -in-law too, well the list goes on and on.

New year
What a strange day, the girls and Jo have been sick ever since we got back from NC. Well actually Jas & Jo have been sick, Mon & me have been holding the fort. So in order not to make things worse, we’ve been stuck at home the past three day’s. On New Year’s Eve we did some sparkles and watch the Lion King.
Today we watched TV, enjoyed Gone with the Wind, which I have been craving to see since our visit down south. But during World Idol we got a call from Jo’s mom, informing us that her uncle had passed away. It’s never good to begin the year with a death in the family.
On the trip down south, I had commented to Jo how well the family looked. Jo would see them every two weeks at the supermarket, and of course they became the staple of the holidays.
