I've got to get in shape, I remember the days I skated back and forth from my girlfriend's house in high school. Or when Jo and I would day hike the Ramapo, Harriman and any hill we would see. the days of walking a mall and eating a big meal without wanting to visit the crapper after, those are the days. I think a routine of 5am power walk, cut the sugar by 75% and less fat will be my next todo.

On another note, I walk the shopping area near my home and what a change!! I almost forgot it's bayonne and cofused it for Soho, more like Hoboken. A nice Gallery and Cafe and lot's of hair stylist. I'm thinking of opening a shop, not sure what to sell. All I know it's that it must be small, have a chick feel and only the best tunes on the speakers.

Well the this past week was not the best, but it had some highs. the Metrostars clinched a spot in the MLS playoffs. It was done in great fashion 2-0 win against Dallas. I brought some nice shoes, and had a good meal last night at Old Country Buffet. I'm not going to talk about the lows.

OK, so I have an hour to kill between tv shows. So I decide to load my Ipod, pick a cigar, warm up the coffee and sit in hour new swing chair in the front patio. But instead I had to move bikes, furniture and the swing already 15 minutes had passed and I still haven't lighted the cigar. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!

In the rush of things I spill coffee, FUCK some more. What's the point of sitting in the patio if it's only for a few minutes? This has always pissed me off, I have a house and I want to enjoy it.

A few months ago I wrote about my claustrophobic angst, and this is a perfect example of it. When things don't go my way, I begin to feel like it's too enclosed and I'm inside a Hobbits hole.

I just want a room to myself, a place to read, smoke and jerk-off if need be.

As many of you know I'm a fan of geek celebs, an there are so many. One of the funnier ones is Zach Braff who you may all know from Scrubs, he's got a blog and a camera phone, which he actually uses.

Alton Brown of FoodNetwork fame has a blog of his own, although he doesn't post as much and you can't read his past posts it's still funny to read.
