It's always heartbreaking when kids are the one who suffer, the mudslide in the Philippines is a horrible thing. Today it's come out that they may be some kids alive in the school. they heard some scratches and noices coming from the ground.

Folks tend to complain about work, it's a natural thing. I join the masses, but the reality is that I like my job. It's a job that makes a difference in people's lives, sounds corny but it's true. I don't like the micro managing that goes on, but I deal with it. Reports about reports that are based on reports are the typical big company way of doing things.

I love going out on calls to visit potential customers, some times they are friendly other times not so much. I get the usual tour of the place, some samples and free lunch. Not many other jobs give such perks.

It seems that with the exception of my wife and her siblings, every filipino loves that Wowowee show. My in-laws went to a live taping in NY, and I've had the pleasure of telling folks to shut up about the poor lady who walk to the show from three villages away.

Well Saturday it took the next step a stampede of people trying to enter the stadium which was hosting the show. 88 dead so far!!! I hope that none ofmy wife's family was there or any of the many filipinos that I know over there.

I took the day off so in order to take my little Jasmine to a specialist, they check out her heart and found that all is OK.
I didn't tell any of my family because who needs wants to calm people when I needed someone to calm me.

It all began with a visit to the doctors in December for Monica, we took advantage and had her doctor check Jasmine.
The doc heard a murmur with Jasmine and wanted us to check it out with the specialist. As it turns out it's a good murmur, so all is well in the Sarmiento house.

On another note, we got some Goldfish for out tank. They look nice and hungry!!!!

I also installed a water filtration system in the Kitchen, which took some time to install, some leaks to fix and some backpain to overcome, but it's filtered water for you my friend.
