Tonight on PBS the show The New Medicine should be a good introduction to some of the things I'e mentioned here in the past. I personally practice and can testify to the validity of what some call alternative medicine, I have controled my headaches, lost weight and controled my blood pressure simply by adjusting some eating habits, meditation and looking at my future with a positie eye.

I recommend Deepak Chopra as a great start.
Dr. Weil has a great reference site.
Body & Soul magazine is a good source of information
If you're over 40 get a free subscription of remedy magazine (although I would say read carefully, after all it is a and Rx paid magazine)

Can you beliee that a made for the TV musical could be so popular? High School Musical has been a top of the billboard album for a few weeks according to World news Weekly. I know all the songs due to my girls, but I didn't realise it was a national thing.

Wow!! what an ending to Battlestar Galactica. I didn't expect the fast pace of the episode and the ending was a surprise as well.

Sad thing is that I'm watching as my goldfish dies in the slow motion, he's the oldest and smallest of the two left.

I'm sure it's the overfeeding.

Oh yes and I thing New York Red Bulls or Red Bulls New York is a great thing for the team formally known as the Metrostars.

OK so in 1976 Good Times has JJ eloping, a kid pushing drugs and the hope that the government can stop the evil deaths if it wanted to. Well 30 years later JJ never got married, kids still push drugs and the govern does the evil deads.

lets face we are living in a world with bad people, but what the government does is scary. The Patriots act has passed again, secret deals to eavesdrop on it's citizens and blogs like this will problably be marked for anti govern propaganda.

At least we still have Good Times on Nick at Night, even better we have Flavar of Love ;0
