Not sure why, but I've been neglecting the healthier life style of days past. I stopped running last summer, and the green drink went the way of the espresso (this I blame my single cup wonder wallet killer coffee machine). Even my diet, this week I had Wendy's, last week Mconalds and a few buffets.

I haven't gained weight, but my muscle is becoming fat reserves. The worst part is that I'm starving myself, when visiting customers I can have hours of not eating or drinking anything, and as we know when we starve ourselves the body takes this as a symbol to protect what it has and what it takes in (the dreaded fat).

I have to get back to the strict regiment I had, healthier eating including my green drink and exercise. BTW I'll probably begin with some soft core weights and cardio then move back to the p90x.

If you saw the Wachovia commercial about a dad who called the branch manager on xmas day because he forgot to get his kids passport from the safe deposit, it seems like the bank went out of their way to get guy in the bank and into the safe deposit.
Well let me tell you what happened, he called the branch manager, who told him the vault is on a timer so there is nothing they could do. The guy went the next day ( the bank reopens on the 26th) and had access, the same access everyone else has.

Wachovia did nothing special, but the commercial make you feel good.

So let me see where to begin, it's been a while since I wrote anything of substance. Well I've never really written anything that anyone could mistake as a masterpiece.

Well I should begin this new chapter of my life, leaving enough of prequel for future chapters. Last summer my sister in law got married, a marriage that led my wife and I thou a bumpy road. Ups and down happen in any marriage, but I must say this was a major pothole.

OK so the wedding was fine, we made up and all was OK. A few weeks later we did the typical summer things camping, cousins visiting, beaches etc. I got my telescope and looked at the moon. Oh and yes We are having another baby!!!.
